Shipping policy

Order Processing:

• Orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• During high order volumes or holidays, processing may take longer.

Shipping Methods & Delivery:

• We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground depending on the order size and destination.
• Standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. typically takes 3-10 business days after dispatch.
• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Rates and Promotions:

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order value, product weight, and destination.
• Free shipping promotions may apply to orders over a certain amount—check your cart or our announcements for current offers.
• International shipping is not available at this time.

Tracking:

• Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
• If multiple packages are shipped, separate tracking numbers will be provided.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

• If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days with photos of the packaging and products so we can resolve the issue.
• We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Special Considerations for Fragrance Products:

• Linen sprays (being liquids) may take extra days for delivery, especially to Alaska or Hawaii.
• We cannot ship aerosols or diffusers via expedited air due to carrier regulations.
