Return and Refund Policy

Returns:
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products such as wax melts, car diffusers, and linen sprays cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or opened wax melts, car diffusers, linen sprays

  • Final sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us within 3 days at mcaone24@gmail.com with your order number and photos if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Process:

  • Do not ship items back without prior authorization.

  • Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional processing time by your bank or card provider.

Exchanges:
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

European Union Customers:
You have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without any reason. Items must be in their original condition with proof of purchase.
